Back to Ballers
You can delete your Ballers account and its data at any time. Do it yourself in the app, or ask us to do it for you. This page explains both routes, exactly what is removed, and the small amount we are required to keep.
Your account and data are removed straight away, and you are signed out. This cannot be undone — a deleted account cannot be restored, and signing up again with the same email creates a new, empty account.
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your Ballers account and say you want it deleted. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Where money changed hands, the transaction record is kept for accounting and tax purposes, with your personal details unlinked from it. Payments themselves are processed by Stripe, who keep their own records under their retention rules.
A dated line recording that the terms were accepted, and which version. It holds an account identifier and no name, email or phone number, and exists so we can show what was agreed and when.
Deletion is held back while you still owe an organiser for a game that is being settled — otherwise the cost would fall on them. Pay your share, or ask the organiser to close the reimbursement, and deletion will go through. If you are stuck, email us and we will sort it out.
Email ballersapp.contact@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
